More Adventures

Paka, Bebe, Craig, Seth, and Vic took a van ride to a not-so-nearby yurt camp for the next day's adventures.  The boys loved being in the middle of nowhere and roaming freely.

Adventures

Paka and Bebe were just here to visit us and see our little corner of the world.  Within 48 hours of their arrival, they left for Bukhara with Craig and the "big" boys.  (Max and I stayed home.)

Botanical Gardens

We've been to the Botanical Gardens twice in the last week because it is close and we are safe from the crazy drivers here... Have I mentioned that driving here is CRAZY.  Lanes are merely a suggestion for the weak.

Dirt is fun.

One afternoon (shortly before we had 10+ guests arriving for a dinner party for Craig's work) the kids decided to be "farmers".  They covered themselves in the dry, dry dirt in a section of our "garden" where we didn't plant anything.  (Side note:  Craig bought dirt for his garden this year that turned out to be black dust in a bag.  We planted lots and produced very, very little.)  I am not sure where Seth got his ideas on all of this, but these are his "farmer" faces.

On a long day

just make a mud puddle, and kids laugh and smile

Hmmm, I think I know what this is.

Yeah, you put it in the flowers and water comes out.  I love water.

Maybe like this...

Mom, where is the water?
