In July I traveled back to Germany for my second OB appointment. This time I went without kiddos and for a few extra days of vacation. I love my little ones, but it was such a restful, wonderful treat to be away. The first couple of days I stayed with my friend and her sweet family. Then, Meg and I traveled alone for a night in Strasbourg, France, and then two nights in Ramstein, Germany for my appointment. We had a great time being together and keeping a kiddo free schedule. The appointment went well and was by far the most thorough OB appointment and ultrasound I've ever had. Megan is an incredible photographer and has most of the pictures from our trip. Here are a few of mine.

| The view of Istanbul from my hotel... The only down side of my trip was an extra day in Turkey courtesy of Turkish Airlines. Thanks. It was great to be stranded in a bizarre hotel that charged 5 Euro for a toothbrush. |
